The terms for booking chauffeured limousine hire with Allure Limousines.
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Allure Limousines. By making a booking you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once we accept your booking and any required deposit is paid. A deposit may be required to secure your date.
Full payment is due by the date specified in your booking confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be advised at the time of booking.
Cancellation and change requests must be made as early as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply depending on how much notice is given. Details will be provided with your booking.
Passengers must behave responsibly and follow the chauffeur's reasonable directions. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. The hirer is responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused during the hire, and additional charges may apply.
Passenger numbers must not exceed the licensed capacity of the vehicle. Seatbelts must be worn where fitted. We reserve the right to refuse or end a hire where safety is at risk.
While we always aim to be on time, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions or other events beyond our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the booking. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
