Standard Rental Agreement

All reservations must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of $300 by cash, EFT or Credit Card.

Should EFT be the preferred method of payment we ask that a credit card number also be provided for security purposes.

By making payment of your non-refundable deposit it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.The balance owing is required 30 days prior to the event.

Surcharges of 2% apply to all credit card payments. All booking charges and payments are non-refundable, even in the client cancels or changes their mind. For the tourism market, if a client cancels more than seven (7) days prior to the booking date a 50% refund will be offered, however if the booking is within seven (7) days of the booking date there will be no refund.

Payment of the booking deposit is acceptance of the terms and conditions of the hiring of the service and an acknowledgement of responsibility and liability for the full balance due.

All balances owed and not finalised will be charged to the hirer using the credit card provided at the time of booking.

In the case that the booking runs overtime due to client punctuality, charges of $150 per 15 mins or part thereof will apply.

Allure Limousines reserve the right to terminate any and all services due to unruly or abusive passengers without a refund. The hiring customer will be held responsible for the conduct of all the passengers in the vehicle at all times. Any damage or breakages caused during the hire will be charged to the hiring customer, including fabric damage, spillage, soiling. A $400 cleaning fee will apply to excessive soiling. You, the hirer, agree that all follow up charges for overtime or excessive soiling/cleaning shall be charged to your credit card.

As per the Western Australian Road Traffic Act 2008, all passengers in the vehicle must wear the provided seat belts at all times. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ALLOW FOOD IN OUR VEHICLES

Due to the length of the new stretch limousines, access into some suburban streets and driveways may be restricted and pickup/drop-offs at front door may not be achievable.
Allure Limousines and our drivers reserve the right to refuse passage to any venue that they deem unsafe to the vehicle or passengers, and in most cases we will not allow our cars to travel on unsealed roads unless prior approval is sought and granted.

Allure Limousines operate a “NO SMOKING” policy within all their vehicles. Should this condition be ignored the driver is authorised to terminate the hire agreement and a refund will not be offered under any circumstances.

Any claim for liquidated damages, consequential loss or any other eventuality shall not be admissible. In all cases, the owners, operators and chauffeurs at Allure Limousines maximum liability shall be limited to a full refund of monies paid pertaining only to the trip in question.
