Due to an overwhelming demand for tickets, Sam has announced new shows in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Perth Arena is expected to announce another show shortly.

The 25-year-old, who broke through after featuring on Disclosure’s 2012 hit Latch, released his debut album, In the Lonely Hour, in May 2014. By December of that year, Smith had been nominated for six Grammy Awards. And in February 2015, at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards, he won four of his six nominations. Also, in 2015 Smith received three Billboard Awards for Top Male Artist, Top New Artist, and Top Radio Songs Artist. He has also been mentioned twice in the Guinness Book of World Records for his musical achievements.

In Australia, Sam’s first album sold five times platinum and featured the No.1 hits Money on My Mind and Stay With Me.

The Thrill of It All, last year’s follow-up album, stalled at No.2 on the ARIA album chart. However, lead single Too Good at Goodbyes climbed to No.1 in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. The album has sold more than two million copies worldwide.
